As a licensed acupuncturist, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of different massage therapists and bodyworkers. Therefore, I can say with relative certainty that Lisa (Pingxiu) is one of the BEST! Because she studied and trained extensively in China as well as in the United States, her knowledge, skill and technique are far superior than most therapists. She is very adept at accurately identifying skeletal misalignments and soft tissue injuries in one’s body. With various massage techniques, she is then able to quickly and effectively work on and resolve these problems. Many of my patients suffered from various musculoskeletal problems including migraines, neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, carpel tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis and many more conditions. Acupuncture was a crucial part of our patients’ treatment plans, however, I am absolutely convinced that Lisa’s Tui Na and Reflexology massage techniques increased therapeutic responses dramatically. As soon as Lisa went to work on these patients, their conditions improved more quickly and more fully. I watched people’s pain subside and their mobility increase, so that they could live fuller, richer, more active lives. If you experience chronic pain or simply need some stress-alleviating body work, I urge you to see Lisa. I guarantee she will have a profoundly positive impact on your overall health and quality of life!

I have had a chronic issue with my shoulder that included pain and limited mobility due to a dislocation. And after ONE TREATMENT I was sooo much better (I know others make this claim, but this is for real!) The pain was gone and I had a greater range of movement and it felt much stronger! I am so pleased! I consider Pingxiu to be a miracle worker!
I have been going to Lisa for the past 4 years and to Biofoot Reflexology and Massage since their inception. Since we live in Wilsonville, we are so pleased that they opened their second location in Lake Oswego – what a beautiful and peaceful shop this is.
When you step in, warm inviting chairs, water/tea, soothing music, and relaxing smells envelop your senses – all which prepare you for the good stuff – the treatments.
I have tried the facials (several), the full body massage, tuina massage and foot reflexology. I get foot reflexology weekly, and average 2 tuina massages monthly. These treatments help manage my muscular pain from scoliosis and lupus, while the reflexology seems to reduce my symptoms (since I can’t get body massage during a flare) and pain when I am in a lupus flare. In fact, after I had major emergency surgery a few years ago, it was foot reflexology massages combined with acupuncture that helped me heal.
So much so, that when I miss my weekly reflexology treatments, I can feel the difference!
This wonderful place that Lisa has built is literally a lifesaver for me .and I cannot recommend it nearly as much as it deserves. THANK YOU LISA and Biofoot Team!!!!!!!!
